She said: 'We loved Autumn but the initials didn’t work and then every evening after she was born, the sun goes down right outside her window, so I’d watch it set from in there and it always shined on her mobile and lit up the rose.

'That’s when we knew she was our Rose.'

The former X Factor star, who welcomed her girl on October 4th, then went on to discuss the sentimental meanings behind the rest of Rose's name.

She went on: 'Opal – because I still can’t believe she was born on my birthday, so we had to have our birthstone in there.

'Esmè– because we wanted a name with “E” so her initials would spell out ROSES and Esme means loved, so we thought it couldn’t be more perfect.'

The mother-of-four was forced to change the moniker she was originally planning after realising the baby's initials would spell out an unfortunate word.

The former X Factor contestant wanted to name her baby after the season in which she was born, meaning the little girl would have been called Autumn Solomon-Swash.

She told her Instagram followers: 'We loved the name Autumn but then we realised her initials would be ASS.

'So it helped us rule out all of the 'A' names.'

Meanwhile, earlier in the Q&A, Stacey opened up about how she's been feeling since giving birth earlier this month, telling fans she's been in a 'happy bubble' since becoming a mother of four.

She penned: 'Thank you for asking this. So many of you asking how I am and it's always so lovely to be asked when you've just had a baby because sometimes the baby is too exciting people forget so it means a lot.

'I get scared and feel a bit guilty to say this out loud. Because I haven't ever felt this happy after birth. For whatever reason.

'Feeding and hormones and circumstances or just for no reason what so ever I just feel in such a happy bubble this time.'

Stacey is also mum to sons Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships, and Rex, two, who she shares with Joe.

Sending a reassuring message to her fans, she continued: 'And I thought it's important to say because if you've ever given birth and just felt an overwhelming sense of dread, and sadness firstly you're totally normal and not alone.

'But also I hope this brings you some comfort that it doesn't mean you won't have a different experience if you have any more children.

'I was definitely nervous that I'd feel the same after birth this time so it's been such a lovely surprise.

'I'm just trying to breathe it in and enjoy it while it lasts...and trying to not let myself feel too guilty because nothing has changed, I've done nothing differently it just is what it is.'
